I found this recipe at least 15 years ago. we're middle eastern and we are quite picky with our recipes. This soup is truly amazing. its light, very flavorful and packed with protien . Also one of the quickest soup recipes ive ever seen. Cant go wrong here. i usually serve this with a nice balela salad and , hummus, pita , feta etc.... Thank You!!!

I have done HWC that needs to be used? Would this work in place of milk?
