Cranberry Bread
I cut the recipe in half for a 1 loaf pan. I had fresh frozen cranberries and was glad to see a recipe where I could use those. What a great idea to chop the cranberries! I used 2 drops of food grade orange oil because I didn't have lemons or oranges. It is made to replace zest and it really does do the job but u have to use just a drop or 2 otherwise it will taste terrible. This bread turned out yummy and moist. It took about 48 minutes to bake.

I added 1 cup vanilla sugar, walnuts, chocolate chips, and 1/2 cup toffee bits. yummy i forgot the picture .
