Do you mash or chop the salmon before adding. Do you mix the salmon in before the horseradish?

The cake is great the only problem I had was the top started burning because of the sugar & cinnamon on top and I only cooked it for 1 hour so if I would've left it for the whole time it would've burnt totally. Fortunately it was only the topping and the cake is awesome!

Very good recipe. Threw some sesame seeds on top cause I love them and added a few sliced black olives to the filling.
