can you make ahead and freeze these sandwiches to heat later?

Where are the carbs? I made this expecting a delicious meal, but my fat husband ate it before me anyways. Although, I managed to sneak a bite, but it was horrid. It tasted like gasoline straight out the canister. Gasoline may not even taste this bad. Please, please do not make this. I wrote this review as nice as I possibly could. :/
