PHENOMENAL recipe!!! I made this for Christmas Eve and every one of my guests raved about how delicious the soup was. The only thing I did outside of the recipe instructions was I blended the shallots, garlic and onions so it wasn't "chunky" in a blender with all the ingredients prior to adding the hot water. Make this recipe, you will not be disappointed!
