42 Quick & Easy Fall Dinners

I doubled the recipe for a large 13 X 9 Deep Casserole dish. - I put 10 ounces of marshmellows (so almost half the marshmellows though I doubled the recipe!) and I added pecans. This turned out perfect.The original amount would not have been nearly enough!

I followed this recipe, sorta. I did do everything it said. Then I got a little too excited and doubled the sugar and added 2 capsules of vanilla extract. They turned out fabulous.
