42 Quick & Easy Fall Dinners

I followed recipe exactly but the pudding is bitter. I’m making for my dad who is diabetic. After tasting the batter and reading the comments I’m not sure if I should give it to him. Shouldn’t it be at least a little bit sweet?

I followed this recipe, sorta. I did do everything it said. Then I got a little too excited and doubled the sugar and added 2 capsules of vanilla extract. They turned out fabulous.
