Can you use a food processor to chop the cukes?

I gave this recipe 5 stars because I'm eating it now, and it's warm and delicious. I made a few changes. I blended sugars: ½ cup white and ½ cup brown. I did the same for the oil, half olive and half canola. I didn't have walnuts, but I did have some raisins and craisins, so l used those. Yum!
