I don't have a food processor. Can I just cut everything up by hand? Will this work as well? Just more work??

Yum!! I couldn't find the peanut sauce so ended up using a Thai peanut salad dressing from Trader Joe's. It worked out really well. Great flavor! It was a delicious sauce to top the tilapia!
