could 1/4 water be replaced with 1/4 cup of cream

First time cooking recipe so followed exactly except didn’t use breadcrumbs to keep carbs at a minimum. Recipe was spot on, but will add some more herbs/spices to step up flavor when you don’t get a good bite of the spinach/feta stuffing!

I added a tbsp of orange zest in addition to lemon zest. ??
