First off get rid of the Italian spices the basil and the other one awful. The dry mustard is correct the paprika is correct. Instead of regular salt use 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of celery salt. That should pretty much get you where you need to be. Onion powder Garlic powder Dry mustard Smoked paprika Pepper Celery salt Otherwise if you make it as written it's going to taste more like a meatball
