Oh my, how delicious! The sauce is FABO and the chops came out perfectly seasoned and juicy. I did increase the amount of curry powder (between ~2-3 teaspoons total) and added a touch of Indian chili seasoning. Also, after sautéing the onions, pulverized it in the food processor to hide it from supposed onion hating son. Made it for Best of 2024, as recommended by NWG.
