I served with couscous as there was quite a bit of liquid from the spinach and chicken broth. It worked great! This is really a good recipe.

Very good, hearty soup! I used half and half for the milk and cheddar for the cheese. I really liked the idea of the cheese not dominating the flavor! I thought it needed salt and more garlic but the original recipe is delicious!
