A couple of Southern Gurl adjustments 1. Do not mix everything all at the same time. 2. Ingredient changes: No nutmeg, no cinnamon, use Whole stick of butter& 1/2 cup white sugar & **1/3 brown sugar, **heavy on the vanilla** 3. Add the flour and baking powder after the carrots are puréed. Mind you, I boiled,mashed AND puréed using blender for smooth consistency. 4. Beat eggs (3) individually and add them one at a time-makes it light & fluffy so don’t over fill the pan to give it room to rise. All the rest of the instructions went well.

I used grated Parmesan in place of the Swiss for a switch this time. I added in some chives for extra flavor and used the Turkey Stuffing bread recipe posted here for the base. A keeper either way it’s made. Yum!
