These are so similar to what I grew up on. My mother always fried them in the oil first and then put them into a clean, hot pan to get them to have a bit of crunch on the outside! Delicious!

This dish is very good, the only thing I did different was I added mushrooms and shredded cheddar cheese about a cup.
