I have tried many different recipes for BBQ sauce. This is now my go-to sauce for KC style

I used home made kraut. My mother-in-law showed me how to make kraut while I was in Germany. Also cut my kielbasa on a bias for visual appeal. Then I used low and slow method on the stove top. when you make your own kraut, you can make it as "sauer" as you want!
