Balsamic Roasted Asparagus
This recipe is good and very simple to make. I had fat asparagus so I went 3 min longer, but should have stuck to the 12 minutes. Made it for Tuscan Style Short Ribs and it was the perfect compliment. The soy and balsamic complimented each other and didn't overwhelm the light balsamic glaze on the ribs. Will make again

Korean Roast Chicken Thighs
I used boneless skinless chicken marinated just about 1 hour(I think overnight would be great). I use Bragg Liquid Amino instead of Soy sauce less salty but has a great soy sauce taste. Please do not replace the Sesame oil..it really does add to the dish. And a small bottle will last you a long time if you are looking to make Asian inspired dishes. A little goes a long way for flavor.
