Made a half recipe but still whole egg. Used molasses instead of oats for more flavour and moisture. Also added handful of raisins. Good base recipe for flavour variations.

Is there possibly a substitute for the wine? Thank you for your time and recipe!

i didn’t have vanilla so i added cinnamon with a teeeeeeeny bit more oil. they turned out lovely and my boys were quite chuffed!
