I’m no stranger to Jell-O shots, and the red and blue were pretty standard, so no objections there. The white ones, however, did not meet my expectations. The flavor was good, but 4 packets of gelatin was too much and made them hard and chewy. Also, since there is so much pineapple juice, they actually turned out a pale-ish yellow color, which didn’t read well with my red, white, and blue spread. I actually would have preferred to sacrifice some flavor for a straight coconut shot just for the sake of the color.
