Wild Turkey Breast
For all the hype I really thought (and it seemed plausible, using the oven bag and poaching the breast in butter and oil) that it would be moister. But it turned out to be just as dry and tough as wild turkey breast is without those steps. I cooked it for 45 mintes (half the recommended cook time), but now I ask myself why I didn't just pull it out after 25 minutes, which is ample time to cook a wild turkey breast at 350. I think the extra cook time had a lot to do with how it turned out. But I'm still surprised that the marinating and poaching didn't have more of an effect on the tenderness of the meat.

To have a stronger taste add 2 tbsp honey to have a delicate lighter sauce add about 1 tbsp honey
