I would give this a 10 if I could! I’ve made it twice now and both times it’s been great! I used it in a copycat recipe for Olive Garden’s chicken gnocchi soup. It was a hit! I need to perfect my rolling technique but for only making it twice I’m encouraged. Thank you for sharing.

You indicate in the directions that you revisited this recipe. Can I please check to make sure the recipe ingredients as indicated are for the recipe before you doctored it? Do you have a new list of ingredients for the doctored recipe?
