I love these but usually will go to outside of the stadium to get one. I made mine in a bowel vs bun. Was low on sriracha (orignal Huy Fung) so i sautaued a few slices of jalapeno, cooked some hashbrowns in the onion pan (and threw those on, Layerd on onions, cream cheese in the middle, top with hot sauce, split dog down middle and fried it, sliced it up and it was AMAZING!! Did not miss the bun at all. Used Honest Dogs-all beef-uncured dogs from whole foods/Amazon

I did the recipe for 3 it took all day. After I got the dough divided and into the 9x13 pans I sent them back in my cool oven for 1 2/2 hours and didn’t raise like I had hoped so I did what I do when I make cinnamon rolls, I put in a pan of hot water and let it set for another 1 1/2 hours and it raised perfectly. I think if I were to make this again I’d add a little more sugar to the batter. I used real mashed potatoes. They turned out beautifully ??

I've never seen a cheesecake recipe that called for a stick of melted butter in the cheesecake batter itself. I didn't add the butter to the cheesecake batter but instead I used 4 tablespoons of melted butter, along with 3 tablespoons of sugar to the crust crumbs so that they would adhere to the sides of the pan. My cheesecake turned out wonderful. I baked it according to the directions after my changes.
