Can I use flour tortillas instead of corn?

I made this recipe after reading through the five-star reviews and taking some of the suggestions. I adjusted it by using 1 teaspoon of baking powder, ½ teaspoon of baking soda, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. I also swapped in 2 cups of whole wheat flour and added more milk until the batter reached a thinner consistency (I don’t like thick pancakes). I included 1 teaspoon of vanilla for extra flavor. For the liquid, I used a mix of heavy whipping cream and milk—about half cream, half milk—adding up to roughly 2 cups in total. The results were fantastic!
