I really, really wanted to love this, even like it. I only had red lentils, so maybe that was why (despite being drained) that the loaf was mushy after an hour of cooking, bumping the temp up 2x from 350 to 365 to 400°. Despite adding more spice & a little Worcestershire sauce, bland as could be. I told my husband, with all those wonderful reviews, mine will probably fit in the few bad ones. oh well
